### Art. 2 - Object
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Bulligans and do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller who are present on the same site via links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
2. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the seller, we recommend checking their sales conditions.
### Art. 3 - Conclusion of the Contract
1. To conclude the purchase contract, it will be necessary to complete the form in electronic format and transmit it following the relevant instructions.
2. The form includes a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, images of each product and their respective prices, the payment methods available, the delivery methods of the purchased products and the related shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the procedures and times for returning the purchased products.
3. Before concluding the contract, users will be asked to confirm that they have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
4. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the completed form from the user, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein.
5. The buyer is obligated to pay the price from the moment the online order forwarding procedure is completed. This occurs by clicking the "Place Order" button at the end of the guided procedure.
6. Once the contract is concluded, the seller will take charge of the order for its processing.
### Art. 4 - Registered Users
1. When completing the registration procedures, users agree to follow the instructions on the site and to provide their personal data correctly and truthfully.
2. The confirmation will release Bulligans from any liability regarding the data provided by users. Users are obliged to promptly inform Bulligans of any changes to their data at any time.
3. Should users provide inaccurate or incomplete data, or if there is a dispute from the relevant parties about the payments made, Bulligans has the right to not activate or suspend the service until the discrepancies are resolved.
4. Upon the first request to activate a profile by users, Bulligans will assign a username and password. Users acknowledge that these identifiers constitute the system for validating user access to services and are the only system suitable for identifying users. All actions taken using these access credentials will be attributed to the user and will have binding effect.
5. Users are obliged to keep their access data confidential and to guard it with due care and diligence, and not to transfer it, even temporarily, to third parties.
### Art. 5 - Product Availability
1. Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the buyer places the order. This availability should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, products might be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
2. Even after sending the order confirmation email, partial or total unavailability of the goods may occur. In this case, the order will be automatically rectified with the elimination of the unavailable product and the buyer will be immediately informed via email.
3. If the buyer requests the cancellation of the order, resolving the contract, Bulligans will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the moment Bulligans became aware of the buyer's decision to resolve the contract.

### Art. 7 - Payment Methods and Prices
1. The price of products will be as indicated on the site from time to time, except where there is an obvious error.
2. In case of error, Bulligans will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing the confirmation of the order at the correct amount or the cancellation. In any case, Bulligans will not be obliged to supply what was sold at the lower price incorrectly indicated.
3. Site prices include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which confirmation has already been sent.
4. Once the desired products are selected, they will be added to the cart. It will be sufficient to follow the instructions for the purchase, entering or verifying the information requested at each step of the process. Order details can be modified before payment.
5. Payment can be made via:

### Art. 8 - Delivery
1. Bulligans ships throughout the Italian territory, excluding the Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino.
2. Bulligans will only deliver to the user's domicile, provided at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery is made, for the Italian territory, generally within 1-2 working days, or, if no specific delivery date is specified, within the estimated time when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
4. For EU countries, delivery will be made within 1-2 working days, and in any case within a maximum of thirty days.
5. In non-EU territories, delivery will take approximately 4-5 working days.
6. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the depot. In such a case, a notice will specify the location of the order and the procedure to arrange a new delivery.
7. If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after thirty days from the date the order is available for delivery, we will assume you intend to terminate the contract.
8. As a result of the termination, the amounts will be refunded, including delivery costs with the exclusion of any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method offered without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract. The transportation resulting from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be charged to the buyer.
9. Shipping costs are charged to the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of order placement.
### Art. 9 - Transfer of Risk
1. The risks relating to the products will pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is considered acquired as soon as full payment of all amounts due in relation to the same, including shipping costs, is received, or at the moment of delivery if this occurs at a later time.
### Art. 10 - Warranty and Commercial Conformity
1. The seller is responsible for any defect in the products offered on the site, including the non-conformity of the articles to the products ordered, in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.
2. If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer, that is, any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out, this warranty is valid provided that the defect appears within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; that the buyer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date the defect was recognized; that the online return form is correctly completed.
3. In the event of non-conformity, the buyer who has entered into the contract as a consumer will be entitled to have the conformity of the products restored without charge, by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract concerning the disputed goods and the consequent return of the price.
4. All return costs for defective products will be borne by the seller.
### Art. 11 - Withdrawal
1. In accordance with current legal provisions, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.
2. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
3. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase may also send an email, indicating the order number and their name, to the following email address:

4. The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively transmit the standard withdrawal form as per Annex I, part B
, Legislative Decree 21/2014 which is not mandatory.

6. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days, including any shipping costs.
7. As provided for in Art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend the refund until the goods are received or until the buyer demonstrates that they have returned the goods.
8. The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and products of Bulligans are included in the categories of Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
9. The site will perform the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, if the buyer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC necessary for the refund.
### Art. 12 - Data Processing
1. The buyer's data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on personal data protection, as specified in the specific section containing the information pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy).
### Art. 13 - Safeguard Clause
1. Should one of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale be null and void for any reason, this will not affect the validity and compliance of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted in accordance with it, without prejudice to any other mandatory prevailing law of the country of habitual residence of the buyer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
2. Any disputes inherent and/or consequent to the same shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. In particular, if the buyer qualifies as a consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to applicable law.
