**Art. 2 - Subject**
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, forwarding, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Bulligans and do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller who may be present on the same site via links, banners, or other hypertext links.
2. Before forwarding orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the seller, we suggest checking their terms and conditions of sale.
**Art. 3 - Conclusion of the Contract**
1. To conclude the purchase contract, it will be necessary to complete the form in electronic format and transmit it following the related instructions.
2. It contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, images of each product and their price, the means of payment that can be used, the methods of delivery of the purchased products and related shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
3. Before concluding the contract, the user will be asked to confirm that they have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
4. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the completed form from the user, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein.
5. The buyer will be obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order submission procedure is completed. This will be done by clicking the "Place Order" button at the end of the guided procedure.
6. Once the contract is concluded, the seller will take charge of the order for its fulfillment.
**Art. 4 - Registered Users**
1. When completing the registration procedures, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the site and to provide their personal data correctly and truthfully.
2. The confirmation will, in any case, exempt Bulligans from any responsibility regarding the data provided by the user. The user undertakes to promptly inform Bulligans of any changes to their data at any time communicated.
3. Should the user provide inaccurate or incomplete data or should there be any disputes by the interested parties regarding the payments made, Bulligans will have the right not to activate or to suspend the service until the related deficiencies are rectified.
4. On the occasion of the first request for the activation of a profile by the user, Bulligans will provide the user with a username and password. The user acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the validation system for user access to the Services and the only suitable system to identify the user that the actions performed through such access will be attributed to them and will be binding on them.
5. The user undertakes to maintain the secrecy of their access data and to guard them with due care and diligence and not to transfer them, even temporarily, to third parties.
**Art. 5 - Availability of Products**
1. The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the time the buyer places the order. This availability must, however, be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
2. Even after sending the order confirmation email, partial or total unavailability of the goods may occur. In this eventuality, the order will be automatically rectified with the elimination of the unavailable product and the buyer will be immediately informed via email.
3. If the buyer requests the cancellation of the order, resolving the contract, Bulligans will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the moment Bulligans became aware of the buyer's decision to resolve the contract.

**Art. 7 - Methods of Payment and Prices**
1. The price of the products will be the one indicated from time to time on the site, except where there is an obvious error.
2. In case of error, Bulligans will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing confirmation of the order at the correct amount or cancellation. In any case, Bulligans will not be obliged to supply what was sold at the lower price erroneously indicated.
3. The site prices are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may change at any time. The changes do not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.
4. Once the desired products have been selected, they will be added to the cart. It will be sufficient to follow the instructions for the purchase, entering or verifying the information requested in each step of the process. The order details can be modified before payment.

**Art. 8 - Delivery**
1. Bulligans ships throughout Italy, excluding the Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino.
2. Bulligans will only make deliveries to the user's home, provided at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery is generally made within 1-2 working days for Italy or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
4. For EU countries, delivery will be made within 1-2 working days, and in any case, within a maximum of thirty days.
5. For non-EU territories, delivery will take approximately 4-5 working days.
6. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, an advice note will specify the location of the order and the ways to arrange a new delivery.
7. If unable to be present at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
8. If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after thirty days from the date the order is available for delivery, we will assume that the contract is intended to be resolved.
9. As a result of the resolution, the amounts will be returned, including delivery costs with the exclusion of any additional costs resulting from the choice of a different delivery method than the ordinary method offered without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of the resolution of the contract. The transportation resulting from the resolution of the contract may have additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.
10. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.
**Art. 9 - Transfer of Risk**
1. The risks related to the products will pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is considered acquired upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if this occurs at a later time.
**Art. 10 - Warranty and Commercial Compliance**
1. The seller is responsible for any defect in the products offered on the site, including the non-compliance of the items with the ordered products, in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.
2. If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer, i.e., any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out, this warranty is valid provided that the defect occurs within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; that the buyer formally complains about the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date the defect was recognized by the buyer; that the online return form is correctly filled out.
3. In case of non-compliance, the buyer who has entered into the contract as a consumer will have the right to obtain the restoration of compliance of the products without expenses, through repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract relating to the disputed goods and the consequent return of the price.
4. All return costs for defective products will be borne by the seller.
**Art. 11 - Withdrawal**
1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.
2. In case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order
and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
3. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase can send an email to info@bulligans.com, expressly declaring that they wish to withdraw, or use the appropriate withdrawal form on the site.
4. The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal also by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively send the model withdrawal form, set out in Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014, not mandatory.

6. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached fiscal documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days, including any shipping costs.
7. As provided by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site can suspend the refund until the receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates having sent back the goods.
8. The right of withdrawal will not apply in the case of services and products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery.
9. The site will perform the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the site with their IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC codes necessary to carry out the refund.
**Art. 12 - Data Processing**
1. The buyer's data is processed in compliance with the provisions of personal data protection legislation, as specified in the specific section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (Privacy Policy).
**Art. 13 - Safeguard Clause**
1. In the event that one of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is null for any reason, this will not affect in any case the validity and respect of the other provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted on the basis of it, without prejudice to any other prevailing mandatory rule of the country of habitual residence of the buyer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and resolution of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
2. Any disputes inherent and/or consequent to these must be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. In particular, if the buyer is a consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law.

**Return and Refund Policy**
**Returns**
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
